Senior Purchasing

IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for a Senior Purchasing to join our team You ll be responsible for the following - Source and qualify potential suppliers for Mechanical components Knowledge of electronic components tools and equipment - Build and manage relationships with existing and new suppliers - Negotiate with suppliers on pricing payments lead times to secure favourable terms - Place timely purchase orders to maintain optimum stock levels - Continuous monitoring and coordination of purchase orders and supplier deliveries - Ensure all procurement documentation is accurately maintained in ERP system - Conduct regular audits to ensure supplier quality and compliance with specifications - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks implement contingency plans as needed - Drive cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain - Manage import export processes for local and international procurement ensuring compliance with customs regulations and optimizing logistics efficiency Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering - Minimum 7 years of experience in sourcing and procurement - Experience working with suppliers across multiple disciplines - mechanical electrical electronics etc - Significant experience purchasing electronic components and mechanical parts - Knowledge of quality management frameworks and tools -Familiarity in working with ISO900 - Strong negotiation and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English Advantages -Experience in working at automotive companies None
