Job Role : Content Moderation Analyst and Policy Expert.
Location : PAN India
Notice Period : NA( As it is for Gig Workers)
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Relevant Exp : Minimum of 2 Years Experience in below list Skills

Job Description:
As a Content Moderation & Policy Expert Rater, you will evaluate platform content — text, images, video, audio — against trust and safety policies, producing high-quality human judgments that train and calibrate AI moderation systems. You will assess content across harm categories (hate speech, harassment, mis/disinformation, violent extremism, self-harm, policy-violating synthetic content) and evaluate AI moderation decisions for accuracy, bias, and policy alignment. This role demands policy reasoning, cultural literacy, and professional resilience within Platina’s structured wellbeing framework.
