About the Role

You will work with cutting-edge technology to architect and design innovative software solutions. This role involves collaborating on requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment of projects within our suite of solutions. You will contribute to transforming how customizable products and spaces are imagined, designed, sold, managed, and made—serving industries such as Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, Window, Glass & Door, and Flooring worldwide.

Key Position Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to analyze and design developments that fit sales / product management requirements
• You need to be autonomous and able to organize your work depending on the priorities
• Ability to plan, execute, measure results and drive improvement on a continuing basis;
• Strategic thinking and ability to communicate on every level;
• Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products
• Mentor junior software developers and interns.
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
• Stay on the leading edge of development practices
• Drive highquality coding standards, reviews, and safe refactoring practices.
• Contribute to clear and maintainable documentation for modules, workflows, and system behavior.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience developing medium-to-large scale commercial applications using C++, C#, .NET Framework, Electron Framework, React JS and TypeScript.
• Strong and current proficiency in C++, C#, and TypeScript, React JS, including deep understanding of: Algorithms, Data structures, Object-oriented design principles
• Clean coding practices and design patterns
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, and implementing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience building and maintaining systems with an engineering or technical product focus.
• Solid understanding of how Web APIs work, including RESTful services and integration patterns.
• Exposure to sockets and API testing tools such as Postman is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to analyze legacy codebases, refactor safely, and manage technical debt effectively.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality is a plus.

• A College or University degree in computer science or the equivalent
• Knowledge of Agile development or other development methodology.
