Job Role : Admin Executive (Customer Service – Travel Industry)

Role Overview :
The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling customer service operations and administrative tasks related to travel bookings. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with travel industry processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide support for travel-related services including bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain and update booking records, customer data, and operational reports
Prepare, edit, and manage travel-related documents using PDF tools
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and meet service-level expectations
Support night-shift or late-shift operations as per business requirements
Escalate critical issues to the concerned team / manager promptly
Key Skills & Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in the travel industry (preferred)
Knowledge of travel operations such as hotels, transfers, flights, or packages
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate) and PDF editing tools
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

23500 CTC - 28000 CTC
