Job Description:

1. OneSource Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource (especially Indirect Tax) and SAP systems is crucial
• Experience with SAP FICO and S/4HANA is often preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tax determination logic, tax codes, and tax reporting.
• Experience with data mapping, interfaces, and integration flows.

1. Integration Skills –

• Integration with SAP (sales and purchase.
• Integration with Ariba (purchase)

Problem-Solving & Debugging

1. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system reliability and customer satisfaction.

1. Soft Skills –

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, & stakeholder mgmt. abilities.
• Can create clear documentation
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Enhancement & Release Management

1. Experience managing enhancement requests, release cycles, and deployments

Customer Communication & Stakeholder Management

1. Exceptional communication skills to understand customer needs, explain technical concepts, and manage expectations with demanding clients.
