Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced WalkMe Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing WalkMe solutions for our clients, helping them to improve user adoption, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective WalkMe engagements. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to maximize the value of their software investments and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop WalkMe solutions, including Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, and Surveys, to address specific client needs and improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their business processes, and identify opportunities for WalkMe implementation.
- Configure and customize WalkMe using the WalkMe Editor, WalkMe Builder, and WalkMe X to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Integrate WalkMe with various web applications and platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve WalkMe solutions and ensure they meet user needs.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use and maintain WalkMe solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WalkMe features and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WalkMe implementation.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop effective WalkMe solutions using the WalkMe Editor, WalkMe Builder, and WalkMe X.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements, understanding business processes, and translating them into WalkMe implementations.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with dApps and their integration with WalkMe.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Mumbai.
