Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Remote – India) Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide timely and effective support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 0–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role Strong verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools Ability to work independently in a remote setup
