Key Job Roles

Clinic Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow
• Coordinate between doctors, reception, nursing, and support staff
  
  

Staff Supervision & Scheduling

• Supervise front desk, nurses, GDAs, and housekeeping staff
• Manage duty rosters, attendance, and staff performance
  
  

Patient Experience & Service Quality

• Ensure high standards of patient care and service
• Handle patient concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally
  
  

Inventory & Compliance

• Monitor medical supplies, equipment, and stock levels
• Ensure clinic follows hygiene, safety, and biomedical waste protocols
  
  

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain daily reports (OPD, revenue, consumables, incidents)
• Support management in audits, documentation, and process improvement
