Job description
We’re looking for a hungry, detail-oriented college student who wants real experience in international client acquisition and is excited to work directly on revenue-generating activities. This is not a passive internship — your work directly impacts deals closed and income earned. What You’ll Do Identify and research high-quality prospects in a specific niche Find founder/decision-maker emails using tools & manual research Write and send personalized cold emails (not spam templates) Manage follow-ups and reply handling Book qualified calls directly into our calendar Your goal: 3 qualified calls per day with the right prospects Who This Is For College students or freshers looking for real business exposure Strong written English (non-negotiable) Curious, proactive, and willing to learn outreach psychology Comfortable with repetitive tasks + optimizing performance Bonus: Experience with cold emailing, lead gen, or tools Compensation ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (based on skill & experience) + ₹2,000 per successful conversion (uncapped) If you perform well, this quickly becomes a high-income skill role ⏰ Work Commitment 2–3 hours/day Monday to Friday Fully remote What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in international B2B outreach Learn how deals are actually generated (not theory) Exposure to real client acquisition systems Opportunity to grow into a long-term, higher-paying role How to Apply Fill this form: https://forms.gle/mkHrEn1ji13bGPpw6 Deadline: 30th April 2026 (any other forms of application will be automatically rejected) We already have structured systems in place (including onboarding workflows similar to ), so you’ll be guided — but ownership and execution are on you.
