Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Sangamner. The Chartered Accountant will manage tax planning, computation, and filing for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling statutory audits, and maintaining up-to-date records of accounts and tax documentation. The role involves advising clients on tax-efficient structures, identifying risk areas, and recommending corrective measures. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with internal team members and clients, support periodic reporting, and contribute to process improvements within the firm.
Qualifications

• Recognized Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) with an active membership in the relevant professional body.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, including direct and indirect taxes, tax planning, and tax compliance for individuals and businesses.
• Experience with accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory audits, including preparation and review of financial statements.
• Proficiency in accounting and tax software, MS Excel, and general financial analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret and apply current tax laws and regulatory updates, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in a tax consultancy or professional services firm is an advantage.
