Backend Developer (Django / Flask) Ahmedabad Salary: No bar for the right candidate About the role We’re looking for a backend developer who has actually built things that run in the real world. Not just side projects or tutorials, but systems that people use, systems that scale, systems that matter. You’ll be working closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to build solid backend foundations. The kind that don’t crash when things get serious. Tech you’ll be working with Django, Flask, FastAPI PostgreSQL, MongoDB Redis, Celery Docker Cursor, Claude What we expect You’ve worked on production applications and understand what it takes to maintain them You know how to design backend systems that can scale without turning messy You’re comfortable with databases, migrations, and overall DBMS handling You understand modern backend frameworks and keep yourself updated You’re easy to work with and open to growing with the team You can take complex product requirements and turn them into clean backend logic What you’ll be doing Building and improving backend systems that are fast, stable, and scalable Managing databases, writing migrations, and handling integrations Working with Redis and Celery for background processing Using Docker in development and deployment workflows Collaborating with frontend and AI teams to build complete features Helping shape reliable and intelligent backend services Bonus if you have Understanding of system architecture Experience working with AI teams or AI products Interest in building AI-first or AI-native systems Hands-on experience with Flask or FastAPI for APIs Nice to have Experience with AWS or any cloud environment Payment gateway integrations Exposure to vector databases Understanding of scalable deployments Curiosity to try new technologies A collaborative mindset What matters to us You take ownership You don’t overcomplicate things You write clean, practical code You’re someone people like working with You’re willing to experiment and improve If this sounds like your kind of work, apply or just drop a message.
