We’re Hiring: Head of Solutions & Products (Supply Chain Digitalisation)
Location: Navi Mumbai (Turbhe MIDC)
Experience: 8 Years
Compensation: upto 20 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact leader who can seamlessly combine consulting, solutioning, and product thinking. This role goes beyond traditional consulting—you will shape solutions, define products, and drive the evolution from custom implementations to scalable platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and design end-to-end supply chain solutions
- Act as the bridge between business, product, and delivery teams
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle evolution
- Drive the transition from custom-built solutions → scalable products
- Collaborate with leadership on growth, solution positioning, and offerings
- Translate complex business problems into structured, technology-driven solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations / Digital Transformation
- Strong background in consulting, solutioning, or transformation programs
- Experience with ERP / enterprise system implementations
- Ability to own both solution design and product direction
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured thinking
- Proven ability to work across business + technology environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with Supply Chain platforms (Planning, WMS, Logistics, Visibility)
- Exposure to IoT / RFID / GPS / Sensor-based solutions
- Understanding of AI-led analytics / intelligence platforms
- Background in consulting-led organizations or digital transformation firms
Preferred Background
Candidates from leading consulting firms such as
Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG will be highly preferred.
