Job description
We are Hiring Recruitment Head - IT Staffing (Bangalore Location) We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Head - IT Staffing to lead and scale our recruitment function. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can take complete ownership of the team, revenue performance, and delivery excellence, while working closely with business and leadership stakeholders. This role goes beyond managing recruitment operations. It is about building strong teams, driving performance, and contributing directly to business growth. You will be responsible for shaping recruitment strategy, expanding the team, improving outcomes, and owning revenue performance for the recruitment vertical. Key Responsibilities - Take end to end ownership of the recruitment team's revenue and performance - Build, grow, and strengthen high performing recruitment teams aligned to business needs - Continuously push the team to perform better through coaching, mentoring, and clear accountability - Drive a performance driven culture and encourage out of the box thinking to solve hiring challenges - Mine existing client accounts to maximize opportunities and support business expansion - Support new business development efforts in collaboration with Sales and Leadership - Ensure strong coordination and collaboration with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Finance teams - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and act as a trusted recruitment partner - Use data, metrics, and market insights to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes - Ensure consistent delivery quality while scaling recruitment operations responsibly We're Looking For : - 15+ years of experience in domestic recruitment and staffing, with consistent focus on IT staffing in the most recent years. - 8+ years of experience managing recruitment teams, including managing managers - Strong understanding of staffing business models and revenue ownership - Proven ability to build, motivate, and lead teams toward consistent performance - Strong industry presence with the ability to build and leverage professional networks within the IT staffing ecosystem - Commercial mindset with clear ownership of results and outcomes - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Someone who is proactive, solution oriented, and comfortable working in a fast growing environment - Ability to work closely with senior leaders and influence decisions constructively What This Role Offers - Leadership responsibility over a core business function - Visibility into strategic decision making and growth plans - Opportunity to build and scale recruitment teams - Regular interaction with senior leadership and key stakeholders Work Location : Bangalore Interested or would like to know more?
