Job description
Position: GCC Sales Leaders / Directors / Sr Director Experience: 12-18 years Location: Bangalore / Pune / Gurugram / Mumbai Required experience: • 12–18 years in IT services sales, consulting sales, or strategic account development. • Experience selling to or working with Global Capability Centres (GCCs). • Proven record of originating and closing digital or technology transformation deals. • Strong understanding of cloud, digital engineering, data, and AI services. • Ability to navigate complex global stakeholder environments and build executive relationships. Preferred Background • Experience selling into BFSI, telecom, or large enterprise sectors. • Background in global IT services or consulting firms. • Network within India-based GCC leadership ecosystems. Success Metrics • Pipeline creation and conversion from GCC-led opportunities. • Revenue growth from captive-led engagements. • Expansion of strategic account footprint and executive relationships.
