Job Description :
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager - Kiosk & BFSI Solutions to drive the development of integrated kiosk-based enterprise products across banking, payments, and retail use cases. The role requires building solutions that combine hardware (kiosks, devices) + software (applications) + payment systems, enabling seamless customer experiences across assisted and self-service Define product vision and roadmap for kiosk-led BFSI and payment solutions
- Build enterprise products across kiosk banking, assisted transactions, and retail payment use cases
- Work closely with engineering teams (Windows + Web) to deliver hardware-integrated applications
- Translate business needs into PRDs, user journeys, and product features
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle - from concept to deployment and scaling
- Integrate with banking systems, payment platforms (UPI, AEPS, POS), and third-party APIs
- Ensure smooth functioning of hardware peripherals (touchscreens, printers, card readers, scanners) within product ecosystem
- Collaborate with sales and leadership for client solutioning and product commercialization
- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulations, security, and transaction frameworks
- Track product performance and continuously enhance customer experience
Candidate Details :
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5-10 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership
- Strong exposure to BFSI / Fintech / Payments / Retail-tech domains
- Experience building hardware-integrated or kiosk / device-based solutions (very important)
- Understanding of payment ecosystems (UPI, AEPS, cards, wallets, etc.)
- Experience working with enterprise / B2B platforms
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and scalable architecture
