Role Overview :
As a Workday Technical Consultant at CA-One Tech Cloud Inc., you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Workday solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Your expertise in Workday Studio, integration technologies, and data migration will be instrumental in delivering successful Workday implementations and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to streamline their HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall workforce efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Workday security roles and user access to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Perform data conversions and migrations from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations and configurations to minimize system downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides, to ensure knowledge transfer and system maintainability.
- Participate in all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants to foster their growth and development.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools.
- Proven expertise in Workday security configurations and user access management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Workday Technical Consultant.
- Adaptable to working in a hybrid work environment based in Hyderabad.
