The role involves identifying, developing, and managing client relationships to drive cloud-based solution sales. The Cloud Sales Consultant will provide expert consultation to clients, understanding their unique business needs and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and achieving sales targets. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions, while continually updating their knowledge of cloud technologies and market trends. Qualifications - Expertise in Cloud Sales Consulting with minimum 3+ years, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively. - Mandatory any Cloud certification (AWS/ Azure/ GCP Architect) - Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent client relationships and post-sales support. - Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders and present cloud solutions. - Proven ability to meet sales targets and a results-oriented mindset. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and trends; prior experience in cloud solution sales is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
