We are hiring for the Sales Executive position for our Enterprise Field Sales Organization located in Hyderabad and Chennai. We are looking for motivated professionals with proven sales experience in selling solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing our service portfolio and must have strong expertise in new business sales, account management, and lead conversion. Experience : Minimum 1 year in Sales

Responsibilities :

• Drive new business development and manage growth from existing accounts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers with strong closing ability.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to promote GIST’s products and services.
• Ensure effective account management for client retention and portfolio growth.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity reports, and forecasts.
• Adopt a consultative sales approach, delivering solutions aligned with the client's business needs.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet and engage with clients.
• Take ownership of professional growth and maintain updated industry and competitive knowledge
