Job Designation : Associate

Job Description :

• Handle debt syndication for both new and expansion projects.
• Manage debt syndication for long-term and short-term funding requirements of corporate clients.
• Prepare teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and CMA data.
• Ensure timely submission of information and provide clarifications to Banks / Financial Institutions / NBFCs during appraisal at branch, zonal, or head office levels.
• Coordinate and liaise with law firms, valuers, lender’s engineers, company secretaries, and TEV agencies for proposals, loan documentation, and pre-disbursement formalities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Required Qualification :

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Salary Range :

8 – 10 LPA (based on experience and suitability)
