Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruitment Coordinator - Fresher to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to learn and contribute to recruitment processes, supporting seamless coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities :

Interview Scheduling :

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

Candidate Communication :

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates on the hiring process and addressing queries.

    • Database Management :

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system with accuracy.

    • Job Postings :

  • Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract potential candidates.

    • Recruitment Support :

  • Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates as required.

    • Documentation :

  • Manage and organize recruitment-related documents, including offer letters and candidate information.

    • Reporting :

  • Prepare and share reports on recruitment metrics, such as the status of job openings and candidate pipelines.

    • Market Research :

  • Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.

    • Administrative Tasks :

  • Support the recruitment team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus but not mandatory.
