Content Creator (In House)

About the role: We're looking for a content-first, social-native Content Creator who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, trends, POVs, hooks, and storytelling.

This is an in-house role where you'll be the brain behind short-form content across our content brands. You should be comfortable taking full ownership of ideation, shooting, editing for creator-style reels, while collaborating with our internal teams for scripts, campaign alignment, and visuals.

If you love being on camera, speak confidently, and enjoy being on your phone and scrolling through instagram for trends. This role is for you.

Important: This is NOT a copywriting role.

This is also NOT a brand manager role.

This role is about execution + creation.

What You'll Do:

1) Social first content creation:

• Create high-performing Instagram-native content (Reels, trends, POVs, memes, hooks, storytelling formats).
• Stay updated with current reel trends, audio, formats, editing styles, and what's working on the algorithm.
• Build content that drives retention, shares, saves, and engagement.

2) Ideation & Creative Execution:

• Brainstorm content ideas with the help of the copy team and contribute creator-style thinking.
• Translate complex or 'boring' information into fun, punchy, clear videos.
• Execute content aligned with:
• Trending moments
• Audience pain points
• Work closely with the design & marketing teams to align content with brand visuals and messaging.

3)Reel shooting + editing (core responsibility)

• Shoot high-quality creator-style videos on phone/camera.
• (Studio support available: mic, lights, camera)
• Direct your own shots:

framing, timing, delivery, takes,

• Edit reels independently (basic to strong editing skills expected):

transitions, captions, cuts, pacing, b-roll usage, retention hooks

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of:
• Instagram Reels & trend cycles
• transitions & pacing
• retention tactics (hooks, storytelling beats, loop endings)
• Ability to help in concept, shoot, edit independently.
• Must share past examples:
• portfolio / reels links
• personal creator page
• Strong aesthetic sense: framing, lighting, background vibe, visual storytelling.
