Role Description We're looking for an Embedded Systems & PCB Design Engineer who can take a subsystem requirement and turn it into a production-ready, flight-worthy PCB. You will design, simulate, and test custom electronics for our UAV platforms from ESCs and PDBs to custom flight controller carrier boards and GPS modules. You'll own the full design cycle and work directly with the founders. To Apply : Please fill out the Google Form below to submit your application (mandatory for all applicants): Application Form : https://forms.gle/3huWHnHRaCEL3bhq9 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and validate custom embedded circuits and PCB assemblies for UAV-specific applications from concept schematic to flight-ready hardware Own component selection end-to-end: microcontrollers, power ICs, sensors, memory, connectors choosing the right part for the right reason, not the easy default Create detailed schematics, drive PCB layout decisions, and manage fabrication and assembly with PCBA vendors Conduct thorough design reviews, failure analysis, and root cause investigations close the loop on every hardware issue with a documented corrective action Run MATLAB/Simulink simulations for power systems, control loops, and signal integrity before a single board goes to fab Ensure all designs meet EMI/EMC, IPC, and flight safety standards you understand why these matter, not just that they exist Support prototype bring-up, firmware integration, and the transition from prototype to small-series production Collaborate tightly with firmware, avionics, and mechanical teams so electronics integrate cleanly into the full UAV system Maintain complete design documentation, BOM revision history, and test procedures — your work should be reproducible by anyone on the team Evaluate new components, vendors, and fabrication technologies to continuously improve performance and reduce unit cost Actively participate in design reviews and mentor interns or junior engineers as the team grows WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1–2 years of hands-on PCB design experience we will review your board files Strong understanding of power electronics: LiPo battery management, BEC design, motor drive circuits Proficiency in at least one professional EDA tool (Altium, KiCad, EasyEDA Pro) MATLAB/Simulink experience for system modelling and simulation Knowledge of drone subsystems: flight controllers, ESCs, GPS, telemetry, RC protocols (SBUS, CRSF, MAVLink) Understanding of EMI/EMC design practices for noisy UAV environments Bonus: Experience with custom carrier board design for Raspberry Pi CM, NVIDIA Jetson, or similar compute modules Problem-solver who can debug a board at 11 PM without being asked WHY JOIN US Design electronics that power real defence UAVs from bench to sky Direct access to founders and full ownership of your design domain Work on some of the most complex embedded systems in Indian UAV development Fast-paced, high-ownership culture where great engineers get recognised quick WORK DETAILS Monday to Saturday ⏰ 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM On-site -Hyderabad ⚡ Immediate Joining Preferred (Fast-Tracked Hiring) ESOPs Eligible (Performance Based
