AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber AI/ML Engineer to join our core product team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying scalable machine learning models that directly influence our product roadmap and user experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to translate complex business challenges into robust AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to automate decision-making processes, ensuring high performance and reliability for our end users.

- Integrate advanced Generative AI models into existing workflows to streamline content creation and improve user engagement metrics.

- Optimize deep learning models using Tensorflow to reduce latency and improve inference efficiency across our production environments.

- Partner with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business objectives into actionable AI strategies that provide a competitive edge.

- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure that all deployed solutions meet high standards of accuracy and business impact.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building and deploying production-grade machine learning models using Tensorflow and related deep learning frameworks.

- Proven ability to experiment with and implement Generative AI architectures to solve real-world business problems.

- Strong capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams.

- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, typically evidenced by a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

- High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, showing the ability to collaborate effectively in both physical and virtual settings.

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and scaling AI/ML solutions within a fast-paced, product-focused organization.
