Customer Relations Manager

Looking for a CRM with a minimum of 2 year PQE in the fashion industry. This is a full-time offline position. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. Office is located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.

Responsibilities

• Track Shipments & Returns
• Coordinating Deliveries with Shipping Partners & Customers
• Answer customer queries
• Oversee packaging and dispatch

Platform Management Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory on Shopify

Qualifications

• Proficient with English
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role with an apparel business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Shopify, & Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
