CSA - Physical Education Teacher
Purpose of Role
To plan and conduct physical education classes and sports activities in accordance with the CBSE curriculum, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and overall well-being of students.
CSA Physical Education Teacher
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct Physical Education classes as per CBSE guidelines and school timetable.
- Teach physical exercises, yoga, athletics, games, and sports to students.
- Promote physical fitness, health awareness, and sportsmanship among students.
- Prepare annual sports plans, activity schedules, and fitness programs.
- Identify and train students for inter-school and CBSE sports competitions.
- Ensure student safety during physical activities and maintain discipline.
- Maintain sports equipment, inventory, and playground facilities.
- Assess and record students' physical development and participation.
- Organize sports events, annual sports day, and inter-house competitions.
- Collaborate with class teachers and coordinators for holistic student development.
- Follow CBSE norms, safety guidelines, and school policies.
- Perform additional academic or administrative duties assigned by school management.
