Assistant Manager - ME & Maintenance

Role & Responsibilities

• ATL for Forgining maintenance team to supervise and perform maintenance activities.
• Support process team to establish machine parameters
• To handle breakdowns during machine trail and production run
• To perform machine PM activities
• training of machines and train the subordinate
• Prepare spare list of PM and breakdown activities
• Perform machine basic checkpoint as per schedule
• On hand experience of forging press maintenance
• Maintenance exposure of EOT crane
  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must have relevant experience of 7 to 13 years in the Maintenance (Forging).
• On hand experience of forging press maintenance.
• Maintenance exposure of EOT crane
• Shot blasting machine function and maintenance knowledge .
• Knowledge of maintenance related documents preparation like PM check sheet, PM plan MTTR & MTBF targets, spare list.
