GM Project ( Retail Experience )

Roles and Responsilbilities :

1.Project Execution & Quality Assurance

• On-Time Delivery: Ensure all retail outlets (Greenfield & Brownfield) are handed over within the agreed timelines to meet "Store Opening" dates.
• Civil & MEP Integration: Oversee the seamless execution of Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works to prevent structural or functional conflicts during fit-outs.
• Fit-out Excellence: Maintain high-quality standards for interior fit-outs, specifically focusing on the premium finishing required for Jewellery showrooms.

2. Financial Management & Cost Control

• Budget Adherence: Manage the total project CAPEX, ensuring costs stay within 5% of the approved budget.
• Cost Optimization: Implement value engineering to reduce costs without compromising the brand s luxury retail aesthetic.
• Contractor Billing: Verify and approve vendor invoices and final bills based on actual site measurements and work completion.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Consultant Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between Architects, MEP consultants, and internal stakeholders to align design intent with site reality.
• Vendor Performance: Evaluate and manage a database of specialized vendors (lighting, security, millwork) to ensure reliability and quality.
• Conflict Resolution: Use strong interpersonal skills to navigate disagreements between site teams, landlords (malls), and contractors.

4. Planning, Tech & Compliance

• Design Review: Utilize AutoCAD and project management software to review layouts, identify technical bottlenecks, and suggest modifications before execution.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with local building codes, fire safety norms, and building management guidelines.
• Resource Allocation: Manage manpower and material logistics across multiple sites, especially when traveling to remote project locations.

5. Strategy & Reporting

• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential delays (supply chain, labor, or permits) early and develop contingency plans.
