Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with applicable labor laws. Key responsibilities also include developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and supporting organizational development. This role requires strategic thinking as well as hands-on expertise to partner with leadership, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Proficiency in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace environment
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies
- Skills in designing and implementing performance management frameworks and career development plans
- Proficiency in payroll management, benefits administration, and HR technology systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources management, with demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive sector is a strong advantage
