Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Gurugram. This role involves consulting with working professionals on the right career paths over calls, building strong client relationships, and staying updated with the latest technologies. Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organisational objectives. presenting and promoting Accadmix's offerings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Understanding concerns, requirements, and needs to provide effective career advancement solutions for working professionals.

Qualification
Any Graduation / Post Graduation (excluding Bachelor's and master of Arts)
Work Location: Gurugram
Compensation:
• Fixed Pay for the first 4 months: 20,000 INR per month + Performance-based incentives
• After 4 months of probation: Final CTC: 8 LPA (4.2 LPA fixed + 3.8 LPA incentives based on performance)
