Role Purpose

Conduct and review Thermocouple studies & Blow point studies for new size release & New Cuing media (Nitrogen Curing) Cure cycle optimization of existing size, Bladder Trial, Compound develop
New Bladder development for defect reduction , cost saving, New supplier develop (Local Supplier), Without Spacer Bladder & Toroidal Bladder Development Action taken for Bladder life improvement
Cure chart analysis & Give press failure tire disposing & Action plan for reduce Scrap
New process trial & implement in Curing area
New Curing press industrialization, Nitrogen cycle modification & validation
Daily trouble shooting of product and process abnormalities in Tyre curing area
Defect Analysis & reduce scrap
New Curing SCADA development, SOP for Cure ext. Program
Responsible for all the technological activities at Tyre Curing area
System implementation, monitoring and control
Plant Cure Critical Compound Monitoring
Complete Curing Improvement Project as from Technical
Coordinate, and evaluate new supplier trials for Bladder Paint, GT Paint Mold Lube, Outer Paint, and Final Paint to ensure suitability for production implementation.

KRA: -

Cured tires scrap and defects reduction.
Cured tire hot repair reduction.
Bladder life improvement.
Cure cycle reduction
Outer paint elimination.
