📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Uttarakhand (Plant Role)
💰 𝗖𝗧𝗖: Up to ₹20 LPA
⏱️ 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✔️ Must be Ex-Army
✔️ Strong experience in HR Administration
✔️ Expertise in Liaisoning with Government Authorities
✔️ Experience in handling 3–4 plants/multi-location operations
✔️ Strong leadership, discipline, and compliance management skills
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Oversee complete HR & Administrative operations across multiple plants
• Manage government liaisoning, statutory compliance & legal coordination
• Ensure smooth functioning of plant administration, security & facilities
• Drive workforce discipline, policies, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with plant heads for seamless HR & admin execution
