Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Software Developer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and build real-world applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming concepts, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web or software applications.

• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.

• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.

• Learn new technologies and frameworks as required by the project.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and senior developers.

• Follow company coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java / Python / JavaScript / C++.

• Understanding of OOPS concepts and Data Structures.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic frontend/backend concepts.

• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

• Basic understanding of Git/version control.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BE / BTech / BCA / MCA / BSc IT or related field.

• Internship or academic project experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of frameworks like React, Node.js .

• Exposure to APIs and basic deployment concepts.
