Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive performance analytics for leadership visibility.
- Central governance reviews and business cadence
- Support partner onboarding and subsequent engagement
- Liaise with UW, Tech, Operations, IT, Compliance, and Product teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Assist team to achieve Key Business and Business Health Metrics
- Track & Design incentive schemes, contest results, and payouts.
- Support new initiatives, product launches, and digital enablement projects.
- Assist with Audit, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Governance requirements

Graduate / Post graduate with 5-8 years of experience in handling key account partnerships. Ability to establish and nurture strong partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders.Negotiation and Communication : Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.Adaptability : Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamicSkills Required
