As a Java Developer at Repro India Ltd, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions that power our core business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software that meets the evolving needs of our customers. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our print solutions and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable Java-based applications to support Repro's print solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on users.

- Optimize application performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

- Deploy and maintain applications in production environments, ensuring stability and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

- 3.6+ years of professional software development experience significant experience in Java.

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8+), Java EE/J2EE, OOP, multi threading, collections, generics, exception handling.

- Strong experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks.

- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs/web services, microservices architecture, API documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI)
