Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality vegan, vegetarian, and sattvik meals that align with our wellness philosophy.
• Design and execute menus that promote health, balance, and nutrition while keeping variety and taste in focus.
• Ensure meals cater to dietary restrictions and preferences of guests.
• Source and use fresh, seasonal, and locally available ingredients wherever possible.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Innovate and introduce wellness-focused dishes inspired by Ayurvedic principles.

Requirements:

• A degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in preparing vegan, vegetarian, and sattvik cuisines.
• Efficient communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with the team and interact with guests as needed.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Candidates must either be based in Hyderabad or be willing to relocate.
