Role Description

This full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role is based in Banaswadi Bengaluru East. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate assess and evaluate patients' needs, design and implement customized intervention plans, and guide patients through their therapy journey. Responsibilities include working closely with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on rehabilitation to improve patients' well-being, and providing specialized care to pediatric and other patient groups as required. Documentation and communication with other healthcare providers and families are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Basic understanding of medical principles relevant to therapy and patient care
• Professional expertise in working with pediatric patients or interest in pediatric care
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to design and implement patient-centered therapeutic intervention programs
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
