Job Title: Sales Manager / BDM

Key Responsibilities

• Client-facing role with proven experience in security or data backup solution sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for customer meetings and sales.
• Identify, pitch, and close deals in the SMB and Enterprise segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.
• Sell data security and data backup solutions to corporate customers in Mumbai.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT Security and Backup Solutions, including:
• Endpoint Security
• Network Security / NGFW
• Data Security & DLP
• Backup & Replication (Server, Desktop, Laptop)
• MDM, Helpdesk, Asset Management

Skill Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling data security or data backup solutions.
• Experience must be with corporate customers in Mumbai and Maharashtra.

Education & Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in security or backup solution sales.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within defined instructions.
