We're Hiring: Outlet Manager – Bangalore

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Outlet Manager to lead one of our first outlet in Bangalore.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, uphold our high standards of quality and guest experience, and guide your team to deliver service that's warm, efficient, and consistent.

This is a role for someone who's organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality — someone who takes ownership of their outlet like it's their own kitchen.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards
• Prepare and manage weekly rosters, ensuring optimal staffing and shift coverage
• Supervise FOH and BOH teams, ensuring high levels of coordination and communication
• Conduct daily briefings, ensure team readiness, and monitor performance throughout the day
• Lead training and development sessions to improve service, speed, and product knowledge
• Maintain inventory and stock control, ensuring timely ordering and minimal wastage
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in line with FSSAI and company policy
• Handle guest feedback with empathy, turning every experience into a memorable one
• Track outlet performance — from sales and wastage to feedback and attendance — and report regularly to the operations team
• Support and participate in new initiatives, events, or brand activations at the outlet

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or QSR outlet management
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience managing rosters, training, and shift planning
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A calm, people-first approach, and genuine love for hospitality

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience.
