Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Coordinator (Bakery) based in Chennai. The Production Coordinator will oversee day-to-day bakery operations, ensure efficient workflow, and plan production schedules to meet demand while maintaining quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and assisting in overall production management to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily bakery production schedules & output

Monitor quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Manage raw material inventory & consumption

Work with production & packaging teams for smooth operations

Track production reports, wastage, and dispatch timelines

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in bakery/food production (preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Ability to handle scheduling, planning & team support
