Viral Bug is a performance-driven digital marketing agency transitioning from branding-focused work to full-funnel growth marketing. We work with businesses that care about leads, sales, and ROI—not vanity metrics.

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can execute, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google.

Role & Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Meta Ads (Leads, Traffic, Conversions, Retargeting)
• Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max – basic understanding is sufficient)
• Daily monitoring of campaigns including budgets, CPL, CTR, and conversions
• A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies
• Coordinate with designers for performance creatives
• Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
• Follow defined SOPs and execution frameworks

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience running paid ads
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager (mandatory)
• Basic working knowledge of Google Ads
• Clear understanding of CPL, funnels, lead quality, and optimization
• Ability to explain why a campaign is underperforming
• Data-driven and honest approach to performance marketing

Good to Have

• Experience with Indian local businesses (real estate, healthcare, retail, D2C, services)
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from 50,000 to 5,00,000
• Familiarity with landing pages and lead forms

Compensation

• 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on skill and experience)
• Performance-based bonuses linked to results and account retention
