Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Indirapuram Ghaziabad for a Speech Therapist / Special Educator. The professional will be responsible for assessing and treating children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing therapy plans, monitoring progress, addressing specific challenges such as dysphagia and developmental delays, and maintaining communication with families and caregivers to ensure an integrated approach to care.

Qualifications
  • Diploma/BEd in special education
  • Experience in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech-related challenges
  • Specialized skills in treating Communication and Language Disorder
  • Ability to work with children with special needs using a patient-centered approach
  • Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications and licenses for practicing as a Speech Therapist or Special Educator are preferred
