You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s. Supply Chain & Logistics Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure a seamless flow of materials. Discipline and management of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria.
