Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee Fox Job Search's financial planning and management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The CFO will manage overall financial strategies, supervise the preparation of financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to critical decision-making processes. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial data, enhancing fiscal policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving the company's financial growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to guide budgeting, forecasting, and strategy development
• Extensive experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial performance and provide data-driven insights
• Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are highly desirable
• Expertise in financial software and systems is an added advantage
