Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.

- Maintain candidate database and daily trackers.

- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Attend the office once a week for meetings, updates, and reporting.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).

- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or consultancy hiring.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
