Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing- Google Ads Specialist based in Delhi. The role involves managing and optimizing campaigns across digital marketing platforms, analyzing performance metrics, conducting market and audience research, and creating data-driven strategies to drive growth. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient budget allocation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, including Google ads, PPC advertising, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing analytics, data interpretation, and ROI measurement tools.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and third-party ad platforms.
• Strong skills in keyword research, campaign optimizations, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in budget allocation strategies and cost optimization for digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
