Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, training and managing a sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage and assist clients effectively
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Ability to provide Training to team members for performance improvement and success
• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies, including market research skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Relevant experience in the marble, construction, or architectural material industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
