Hiring: Sales & Brand Assistant (Fashion/Jewelry)

Location: South Delhi | Full-Time | Office-based (with some flexibility)

Varnika Arora is a contemporary jewelry label rooted in Indian craftsmanship and loved by stylists, influencers, and celebrities. We're looking for a sharp, organized, and driven Sales & Brand Assistant to join our team and take ownership of sales, merchandising, operations, and brand growth.

It's a dynamic position for someone who understands how to drive conversions while keeping things running smoothly across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Merchandising & Client Coordination

• Manage daily orders across our website and portals (Pernia's, Nykaa, Aza, Ensemble, etc.)

• Track inventory, coordinate dispatches, and ensure timely deliveries

• Upload and update listings across portals: pricing, stock, descriptions, and shoot images

• Liaise with portal teams for reorders, styling requests, and product visibility

• Follow up with clients and stylists to convert leads and maintain relationships

• Maintain detailed Excel/Google Sheets for stock, discounts, portal performance, and dispatch logs

• Monitor product movement: bestsellers, slow movers, pricing insights, and performance reports

Sales Growth & Brand Support

• Actively work to increase sales across platforms—identify upselling opportunities, fast-moving styles, and client needs

• Follow up with influencer and stylist requests with a focus on conversions

• Assist with shoots, styling support, and backend prep

• Help ideate and implement content or WhatsApp campaigns for sales pushes

• Collaborate with founder and freelancers to support day-to-day brand operations.

You're a Fit If You:

• Have 2–3 years of experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands

• Are confident using Excel or Google Sheets for inventory, portal listings, and sales tracking

• Communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and enjoy closing sales

• Are excited by both creative work and commercial outcomes

• Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats.

Compensation: 30,000–40,000/month (based on experience)
