Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager - Sales for candidates based in Tamil Nadu (Preferably in Chennai). The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships while offering technical support and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include promoting company products, achieving sales targets, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and assisting with technical inquiries related to company solutions to drive business growth. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Engineering, and customer acquisition
• Strong technical knowledge in Technical Support and problem-solving related to process control instruments
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal teams
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
• Proficiency in analyzing customer requirements and providing tailored technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation) or a relevant field
• Ability to work effectively on-site
• Experience in similar industries, such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power, is an advantage
