We are looking for a Stock/Inventory Manager to oversee and manage our inventory and stock operations at our Saket, Delhi location. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth day-to-day inventory flow in our bakery training institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing stock for ingredients, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
• Coordinate with chefs and trainers for stock requirements
• Ensure timely ordering and restocking of essential items
• Prepare stock usage reports and highlight discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory area
• Use MS Word, Excel, and other tools for inventory tracking and reporting

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Must be from an HRM (Hotel/Restaurant Management) background or have knowledge of the food industry
• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with relevant background/skills can apply)
• Must have good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Office tools
• Must be able to speak and write in good English
• Should be able to join immediately
