Job Purpose

As a key member of the DTS team, you will primarily collaborate closely with a leading global hedge fund on building scalable backend systems and possess solid frontend development skills. This role is critical to strengthening client’s backend capabilities while also contributing to frontend development and infrastructure automation

Exp Level : 5-8yrs

Job Location : Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in software development
Strong expertise in Python (Flask, Fast API, Django) as a primary backend language in a professional setting.
Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas in real-world applications
Experience on using modern frameworks using React
Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment
Proven experience in CI / CD configuration and administration
Solid understanding of frontend technologies and backend frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python.

Excellent Python development skills, including professional use of NumPy and pandas for data-driven applications.

Build and maintain frontend components using modern frameworks using React

Implement and manage Docker-based hosting environments.

Set up and administer CI / CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Excellent SQL, including experience writing and optimizing stored procedures and user-defined functions

Self-starter able to take initiative to identify and resolve problems

Strong ability to work independently

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
